FAQ

Making jewellery

Q: Tell me more about the pieces

A: Our entire collection combines industrial processes and handcraft
techniques and are designed and made in Melbourne, Australia!

We use lightweight and hypoallergenic materials such as stainless steel, aluminium and rubber to ensure our pieces are comfortable and allergy-resistant.
We are committed to crafting high-quality contemporary jewellery with
outstanding customer service and accessible pricing.

Q: How should I care for the pieces?
A: inSync jewellery is crafted to last a lifetime, however with normal wear
minimal care is required to keep it looking good.
Stainless Steel is a very hard metal and it is scratch resistant. However, we recommend removing your jewels before doing heavy work such as gardening, cleaning or moving.
Do not immerse your jewellery in chlorine, saltwater or strong detergents and always apply perfume or hairspray before wearing your jewellery.
We recommend storing your jewellery in the packaging provided.
As dirt and grease will accumulate from normal wear, we recommend cleaning your jewellery in warm soapy water, followed by a rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Never clean powder-coated or anodised pieces with acetone (nail polish remover).

Q: Are the pieces safe for allergy-prone skin?
A: All our pieces are made of hypoallergenic stainless steel, and some are also plated with 22ct gold. They are completely safe for sensitive skin.

Q: I lost one earring - can you make me another to match?
A:
Absolutely! Simply email us a photo of the remaining earring and we will make another to match.

Q: I am purchasing a gift, can I have it gift wrapped?
A: All purchases are packaged in inSync design’s reusable travel pouch. However, we are more than happy to gift-wrap it with a personal card if you like... Just ask!

inSync design, PO Box 1089, North Caulfield VIC   3161, Australia
