It hasn’t arrived yet and I’m not getting any more advice notices. The designer is doing her best, but it seems the parcel is lost. Not sure where to go from here - refund or being sent another one? Not a happy customer of Shopify or the supplier as yet.

I haven’T received it yet and there have been no further tracking reports., So I have no idea where it is. I’ve emailed the supplier and had no response. REALLY unhappy.
