Returns and exchanges

We want you to feel confident in the piece you collect.

Change-of-mind returns

You may request a return or exchange for a current collection piece within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the piece must be unworn, unused and returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Please contact Iris before posting your return so we can confirm the return details.

Returns are accepted by post. You are responsible for the cost of return postage, and we recommend using a tracked service. Original delivery charges are not refundable for a change-of-mind return.

Sale items and custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or incorrect pieces

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this policy. If a piece is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description or not what you ordered, please contact Iris. These rights also apply to sale items.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible current collection piece, contact Iris within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability. If there is a price difference, we will arrange payment securely. Please do not send card details by email.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.

Repairs

inSync pieces are designed to be worn and collected for years. If your piece needs attention, contact Iris with your order details and a clear photograph so we can advise the most appropriate next step.

  • Complimentary repairs: Repairs needed because of a craftsmanship or material defect are complimentary.
  • Paid repairs: A small fee may apply to repairs required because of normal wear, accidental damage or lost components. We will confirm any charge before proceeding.
