How do I return/exchange an item?
We accept returns on your unworn purchases within 7 days of receipted delivery for any reason.
For returns please email us and re-supply credit card details at the time of exchange to cover any discrepancy in the value of the exchanged items and to pay for the return shipping costs. Your original order number should be referenced with any exchange.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning goods to inSync design. Any loss or damage to returned goods during transit back to inSync design, is the responsibility of the buyer. To ensure that returned items arrive safely, please use a registered postal service.
When returning an item pack your item in its original packaging. Please inform us of the reason for return and your contact details. Send to:

Exchange policy
All pieces purchased on the website can be exchanged for another item and must be returned within 7 days. They must be in the original, saleable condition, with original packaging intact accompanied by the original receipt.
You are responsible for any shipping and any additional postage charges.
In the event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, inSync design will not be held liable. We therefore, recommend that you pack the item so that it is adequately protected whilst in transit and that it is sent registered and insured mail (for the full amount).
Refunds
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. If the item is in its original condition, your full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Repairs
We are committed to ensuring the longevity of your inSync design jewellery. We are happy to offer repairs for all items made by inSync design.
- Complimentary Repairs: Repairs needed due to craftsmanship or material defects are complimentary.
- Paid Repairs: For repairs needed due to normal wear and tear or accidental damage, we charge a small fee to cover the cost of materials.
Please send your jewellery back to us via registered and insured mail. Include your contact details and a description of the issue.

We will assess your piece upon receipt and inform you if any charges apply before proceeding with the repair.
Faulty items
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before being shipped to you. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please email us and we will replace the piece.
