inSync creates contemporary wearable art in Melbourne, combining thoughtful design, careful making and personal service. Each piece is designed to bring creative self-expression into everyday life.

My jewellery is made from hypoallergenic stainless steel, apart from the anodised aluminium elements in the Pebble Collection. Stainless steel pieces come in raw, 22ct matt gold-plated and powder-coated colour finishes. Some necklaces also include neoprene. Please check the material details on the individual piece before cleaning it.

Store each piece separately in its inSync pouch. Avoid hard surfaces, bleach, household cleaners, perfume and hairspray. You can wear raw stainless steel in water, including when swimming. I recommend taking off powder-coated and gold-plated pieces before swimming, as chlorine and salt water may damage the finish. Clean raw stainless steel gently with warm water and mild soap, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Wipe gold-plated, powder-coated or anodised finishes with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Do not use metal polish, abrasives, solvents or jewellery cleaners on finished surfaces.

All inSync pieces are made using hypoallergenic stainless steel, suitable for sensitive skin, including our earring posts and hooks. In the Pebble Collection, the coloured elements are anodised aluminium while the ear fittings are stainless steel. Individual sensitivities can vary, so please check the material details on the piece or contact Iris if you are unsure.

Usually, yes. Email Iris a clear photograph of the remaining earring and, where possible, we will make a single replacement rather than ask you to purchase another pair.

Every purchase arrives in an inSync jewellery pouch. If the piece is a gift, leave a note at checkout and we can add gift wrapping and a personal message.

Every inSync piece is supported by lifetime care. Repairs needed because of a craftsmanship or material defect are complimentary. A modest fee may apply to normal wear, accidental damage or lost components, and we will always confirm this before proceeding. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this policy.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 - 2 business days. Every order, whether within Australia or overseas, is shipped via Australia Post with tracking so you can follow its journey to you. Once your parcel leaves our Melbourne studio, you’ll receive an email with all the details.

International duties and taxes are payable by the collector.

You may request a return or exchange for an eligible current collection piece within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

The piece must be unworn, unused and returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase. Returns are accepted by post, and the customer is responsible for return postage. Original delivery charges are not refundable for a change-of-mind return.

Sale items and custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale for change of mind. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply if a piece is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description or not what you ordered, including sale items.

inSync pieces are made in small batches in our Melbourne studio. We choose durable materials, work carefully to minimise waste and design packaging to be reused or recycled where practical.

Longevity matters too. Lifetime care helps collectors keep wearing and enjoying their pieces rather than treating them as disposable.
