Jewellery Care
We are meticulous when designing and making each piece. From the initial concept, through detailed crafting to the final check before a finished piece leaves our studio.
We incorporate cutting-edge technologies with traditional craft practices whilst making our pieces in our Melbourne studio. inSync design jewellery is timeless and intended to be worn and cherished. We work exclusively with high quality, lightweight and hypoallergenic materials such as stainless steel, aluminium and rubber to ensure our pieces are comfortable and allergy-resistant.

Earrings
The X2 earrings comprise of two layers. This allows the wearer to alternate between one or two layers.
Brooches
We recommend inserting the pin vertically into a garment, in case the catch opens; the brooch will remain on the garment.
Necklaces
Each necklace comes with short and long lengths of neoprene to allow for personal preference.
To open the necklace, hold the rubber at the end of the cord and pull it away from the stainless steel (as opposed to stretching the neoprene itself). If length shortening is required, simply cut the neoprene rubber with scissors.
Please note that unlike rubber, neoprene does not perish with perfume and the body's natural oils.
If the rubber is twisted or folded, gently heat the cord either with a hair dryer or under running warm water and it will return to it original form.
Neckpieces should be stored flat to avoid a kink or bend forming in the rubber.
Rings
The inSync rings come in various widths, from 20-40mm that change and undulate along the drawn line. They should not be measured similarly to a wedding band as they have a wider grip on the finger. We therefore recommend selecting one size larger than you normally would with the thin band.
How can I get an item repaired?
All our pieces come with a lifetime guarantee and we are more than happy to repair a pieces if it was damaged though standard wear and tear. We can also replace a single earring in the event of loosing one (a very common occurrence ;)

How do I care for my jewellery?
inSync jewellery is made from stainless steel, aluminium, rubber, gold plating and powder coating.
These materials are very strong and durable, however it is best to avoid letting your jewellery come into contact with hard materials as they can scratch and cause damage to a piece. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals such as chlorine, bleach or cleaning products, as these can also damage your jewellery.
It’s important to store your jewellery with care—ideally in the inSync pouch it came in. Keep it separate from other jewellery, as one item may scratch another.
Stainless steel does not tarnish, but can get soiled after extended wear. We recommend using warm water and soap to remove dirt. Do not use abrasives or acetone.
