Shipping policy

 

inSync design ships all purchases with trackable service.

Once your purchase has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation to advise you of the delivery.

In the very rare event that your purchase is lost in transit, please contact us and we will immediately commence an investigation and if the parcel is unable to be found, we will replace it.

Postage rates are added at checkout and are as follows:

 

Domestic Delivery

 

Australian Shipping - $15 or FREE for purchases $150+ 

Australia Post Express - $20

International Delivery

 

International Shipping - $30 or FREE for purchases $250+ 

Please note International customers will be responsible for local duties and taxes.

All parcels can be tracked and remain the responsibility of inSync design until transferred to the buyer upon delivery.

Shipping is a flat rate per order irrespective of the number of items ordered and is based on your location (Australia or International).

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We strive to have all orders dispatched within 24-48 hours.

Domestic Delivery

Australia Post offers next business day delivery within its eligible Express Post network when its service conditions and lodgement cut-off times are met. This delivery timeframe starts after dispatch. Delivery outside that network takes longer and varies by destination. Please contact us before ordering if you need your piece by a particular date.

Regular tracked shipping takes approx 3 days, depending on location.

International Delivery

Parcels being shipped to an international address will be delivered approx. within 10 - 20 business days, depending on the location.
