We want her to love the piece you choose. Eligible full-price current collection gifts bought from 1 November to 24 December 2026 can be exchanged by contacting Iris by 31 January 2027, or within 7 days of delivery if that is later.
Simply contact Iris before posting your piece back. It must be unworn and unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Exchanges are subject to availability; return postage is at your cost.
