WHEN YOUR OUTFIT NEEDS ONE THING
Most wardrobes are built on beautiful basics.
A white shirt. Black jacket. Perfect trousers.
But sometimes it feels unfinished.
One sculptural piece can shift the entire look.
That is where inSync comes in.
Light enough to forget you are wearing it.
Bold enough that people notice.
Jewellery you will still wear years from now
Tired of jewellery that tarnishes, irritates your skin, or feels too heavy to wear all day? Every piece here is designed and made to solve those frustrations.
"I test every single design by wearing it myself... how it moves on the body and how it feels in real life. If it doesn't pass my own standards, it never reaches you."

Louise Feneley, Artist
"Beautiful jewellery that's not only gorgeous to wear, but also well made. As an artist, I appreciate the elegant simplicity of the designs and I regularly wear the earrings, even in the studio. Thank you Iris for bringing such gorgeous and unusual designs to the marketplace."
Jessica Durrant, Illustrator
"I love my Mesh chandelier earrings, the lines are artistic and eye catching, and they go with so many looks."
Trudy Rice, Artist
"inSync design is my absolute go to for stylish, beautiful Australian made jewellery. Loving my latest purchase! Even the packaging is beautifully thought out! I always get comments when wearing a piece and they make the perfect gift for special friends!"
Why women collect inSync
Designed to feel effortless. Made to stay with you for years to come.
Each inSync piece begins as a simple line drawing in my studio.
From there it is shaped, refined and tested until it feels just right on the body.
The goal is always the same. Jewellery that feels light, looks sculptural, and transforms even the simplest outfit.
Iris Saar Isaacs
I am Iris, and I have spent the last 18 years creating jewellery for women who know their own mind. I care about movement, comfort and creative self-expression. Each piece is designed and made to feel considered, artful and alive on the body.
My journey started on a whim at a pre-Christmas market with 70 hand-painted brooches. Those pieces sold out that first day, and within months they were in the National Gallery of Victoria, then the V&A in London, then MoMA.
