The Journey Necklace takes the multi-strand format and gives it a more gathered, organic quality. Three long neoprene rubber strands drape from the chest and are brought together by a hand-drawn stainless steel clasp that sits to the side. The clasp is the drawing, a small artisanal form that holds the whole piece together with a quiet confidence. The strands move gracefully with the body, feminine and striking in equal measure.
In black powder coat, the Journey has a graphic quality that makes the organic clasp feel more deliberate. It works with a white shirt where the contrast is clean and immediate, or with an all-dark outfit where the three strands add unexpected depth and movement at the chest.
