How to find your perfect necklace length
The perfect necklace length is very individual, but there are a few ways to figure out which length will suit you best. Use the instructions below to find your new favorite necklace length.
Each necklace comes with short and long lengths of neoprene to allow for personal preference.
To open your inSync necklace, hold the rubber at the end of the cord and pull it away from the stainless steel (as opposed to stretching the neoprene itself). If length shortening is required, simply cut the neoprene rubber with scissors.
Please note that, unlike rubber, neoprene does not perish with perfume or the body's natural oils.
If the rubber is twisted or folded, gently heat the cord either with a hair dryer or under running warm water, and it will return to its original form.
Neckpieces should be stored flat to avoid a kink or bend forming in the rubber.
