The Formation Earrings take their cues from stacked boulders, the way geological forms settle on top of each other over time, finding balance through weight and shape. Translated into long sculptural statement earrings, the positive and negative spaces in the design create a form that is simultaneously graphic and organic, precise and natural.

Our earrings are designed to be light to wear, even when the shape is bold. They are made for creative self-expression without the drag.
Stud backs or silicone stoppers can be added for extra security, especially if you are travelling, wearing a scarf, or prefer a firmer hold.

Are they heavy?
No. inSync earrings are designed to feel light on the ear, without pulling, pinching or dragging through the day.
Can I wear them without pierced ears?
Many hook earrings can be converted to non-pierced earrings on request. Please get in touch before ordering for a quote.
Will they feel too bold?
Try them with hair tucked back, a plain neckline and very little other jewellery. Let the earrings do one clear job.
What if I lose one?
Iris can usually make a single replacement rather than asking you to buy a full new pair.

If your piece needs to be repaired, please get in touch with your order details and a clear photo. If there’s a problem with the workmanship or material, I’ll repair it at no charge. For damage from wear, accidents or a lost component, there may be a small repair fee. I’ll let you know before doing any work.
