The X2 Tangle Necklace takes two hand-drawn stainless steel forms with a loose, overlapping quality and layers them on a single neoprene cord just below the clavicle. The shapes have an energy to them, the kind of form that looks like it happened spontaneously and was then made permanent. The offset layering creates depth and a sense of movement that makes the necklace feel alive. The cord flows in a continuous line the whole way around.
In Black/Raw, the two forms combine black powder coat and brushed stainless steel for a contrast that is graphic and cool. The pairing gives the expressive Tangle forms an edge, and it works with a white shirt where the contrast reads at full strength, or with an all-dark outfit where the raw steel adds unexpected dimension.
