I like the asymmetrical design. However the leather straps don’t fall in a nice way and one has already come loose from pendant.
I'm glad that you appreciate the design of the necklace and I apologise for the issue with the rubber straps coming loose from the pendant. This shouldn't have happened, and I'm sorry for any inconvenience it has caused you. I would appreciate it if you could send the necklace back to me for repair. I will, of course, refund your postage expenses. Alternatively, I am happy for you to exchange it for another piece if you prefer.

Loved my necklace
Fell in love with this necklace.Even bought matching earrings.However,I never wear it.The rubber straps are uncomfortable and never seem to lie flat.It's always a struggle,then I wear something else.I thought it was unique when I bought it,but it's proving to be a pain.
