H Marie, I am sorry the parcel was not delivered as yet. It was sent on the same day I received your order, but I have tracked it via Australia Post and it says it is delayed for some reason. See tracking link https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/details/63318473384060. I will also get in touch with Aust Post to see if I can get further information and will keep you updated.
